First of all I want to thank them for limiting the number of people who can enter the store once and for providing mask and hand sanitizer for customers! Second of all I want to say that I really appreciate them helping me find an all in one printer scanner and fax machine and getting it delivered to my home for free in just two days!! Worst customer service ever.
Do not ungrade your cell phone service here. I ungraded 2 years ago, and brought I back because the s7 where exploding! I have been paying for the phone for the last 2 years.
My dryer has broken down 2 times in the past year, and both times it took 2 weeks to get a service person to my home. Going to the laundry mat is a inconvenience, especially when my wife is disabled and can't be left alone, if they considered the inconvenience for their customers you would think that the response time would be better, in my opinion once they get your money they don't seem to care about you at all, to me it's bad business and just shows how the bottom line is all that matters.
