I missed a call from them today. We purchased a new washer yesterday & I wanted to find out why they called, so I called the number back. 26 minutes later & no one actually answered the phone, so now I'm nervous. Awesome.

I supported and vouched for Best Buy and Best Buy said they no longer need me. I received a letter telling me I wasn't good enough to be a customer any more. I never let you down but you decided to let me down and threw me away like yesterday's trash. So from here on in I guess its over between me and Best Buy. Good buy.

I had a great experience on black Friday no less at Best Buy. They had tickets which were 8 1/2 x 12 sheets with the door buster sales. If you were in line early enough, which we were, you got a guarantee with that paper that you get that item at the sale price that night. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The two negatives were the lines to pay for the items, any items, were all the same. I wish for people that had been there for several hours and at head of the line would be provided an express line since we at the ... read more
