Disappointed in customer service ! We have been loyal Best Buy customers and have raved over the years of the quality of geek squad . We now have changed our song very disappointed in the way the just keep transferring you to other departments there is not one person that says I’ll fix this for you !
They need to get more help for the phone lines had a simple question and was on hold for 15 minutes

My wife and I just bought an entire kitchen appliance bundle to be delivered to our new home. The Spirit delivery company contracted with Best Buy , first went to the house and then left before we could get there and then tried to drop the appliances off at our old apartment complex. They were rude and patronizing and flat out refused to drive thirty minutes to get the appliances where they should be. Meanwhile I’m sitting here in a unfurnished home with my 4 year old
Best Buy is absolutely disgusting. A large, flatscreen tv was delivered to my building addressed to a tenant who had moved out. Trying to be a good samaritan I contacted Best Buy customer service and informed them of the mix up. I was asked to store the package in a safe place and it would be picked up. Three weeks later I'm still waiting. I called Customer 'service' again. The helpful assistant wanted to send me a return shipping label and have UPS pick it up. Best Buy Burlington needs to go out of business. The employees can be seen hanging out flirting with each other rather than helping customers. They might as well have a glass of wine in their hands. The "managers" are not a day over 20 and inexperienced in customer service. The 15 day return policy is in fine print on your receipt. Just showing Best Buy knows its products are trash and don't want them back either.
