bought the insurance for my Note 8. Dropped it and now the want a 200 dollar service fee to fix the screen. What a rip off. Cancel your insurance.

Not very happy. I ordered a dishwasher, 3 wks ago. It was supposed to be installed last weekend. It got cancelled and (supposedly rescheduled for today), due to delivery guy being sick. I get that, no problem. Well today I never heard from them. I called to confirm, via automated phone confirmation. They had no record of it being delivered/installed today. Horrible!!!!!!! Customer service does not exist at this store! Can't even get them to answer their phone!!!!! I am so disappointed and pissed.
Was great! I walked around with my 16mo daughter while my husband pre-ordered our new galaxy S8s. One lady gave my daughter stickers to play with while another younger guy in the Samsung department helped pick up her stuffed animal that she kept dropping out of the cart. The lady who signed us up was fast and super helpful! Everyone was really nice and helped a new(er) mom feel better about bringing an excited toddler out to a busier store. Thank you for your kindness!! Can't wait for our new phones!
