the Lake Geneva Best Buy store has "HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!" Even some of the managers there ("one in particular"); need extensive training in how to be "Professional & Respectful!" This new appointment only scheme is dumb. I will never be going back to Best Buy again. Will just buy online from B&H, Newegg and Amazon..
It sure would be nice to know you can only go in by appointment only.. i show up to buy a tv and was rudely told i couldn't go in because i didn't have an appointment. Im all for people being safe during this pandemic, but i definitely didn't deserve to be told to get the hell out of here! i will never return to this location!!
They don’t answer the phone. They tell about discounts and not apply to your purchase.waiting time to speak to a customers representative is 15+ minutes poor service

The Geek Squad here is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. From start to finish it was a nightmare. Over promises, under delivering, and just absolute idiots who don't know how to do anything. We bought a projector and paid for them to install and set up. After multiple calls, stress, and geek squad members later, here we with a non-working projector. The last guy they sent here came in, struggled with turning the machine on (I wish I was making this up), said he wasn't a projector guy and he didn't know why is wasn't working. The customer service is terrible. I am out $199 +tax.
RecommendedSO thankful for Best Buy! I went in with computer issues, it was fixed in less than 10 mins. In the meantime, my car was hit in the parking lot, and if it wasn't for the awesome employees they may have gotten away with a hit and run. Exceptional service, exceptional employees!
Terrible store. I bought a computer from the Lake Geneva store for my dad for Father’s Day. The computer was less than 2 months old and it stopped working. They would not help fix the situation. Now I am out my money and my dad doesn’t have a computer. I will never step foot in a Best Buy again.
