I ran into a snag with some earbuds that I just purchased. They were missing some of the parts and it was not the fault of Best Buy but the manufacturer. I went back and the manager was incredibly professional and apologetic for the mix up and definitely righted the wrong. Solid fella. I will continue bringing my business to Best Buy!
