How can you refund money to a bank account or debit card that no longer exists? Purchased something that was no longer sold at the store so I received store credit. Purchased a new item with part of the store credit and wound up bringing it back within a week because it was poor quality. Instead of applying that money to the already existing store credit card, they send it to a non-existent bank account. Basically the money is in limbo. Every time I have went in, there have been 20 other employees standing around and only one Geek Squad agent. Yet, every time there have been a line of customers at the Geek Squad center. Seems like there should be more agents tending to Geek Squad then workers in other areas. I also had my Mac book sent off, it arrived back to Best Buy on a Thursday, I never got a call or email saying it was ready to be picked up. This store is still closed due to Florence BUT NO indication on the website,,,so don't waste your time like I did and drove 20 miles to get something I need,,,,thanks goodness Walmart next door was open and had the same thing.
