Like so many businesses customer service is being lost. The interesting thing is more and more people are going to shop online. The only reason to visit a store anymore is to get customer service. If you can't do that just close your doors.
This store was amazing. Jeremy & Candace answered all of our questions and made sure we were made to feel welcomed.
Despite me being there for an unfortunate situation, the team members did everything they could to help me. Sean, in the mobile department, was easy to work with and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you.
