24 hour update- still no computer ready. Its rrally a shame your company has no care for its customers. In the last 3 months we have bought one 65 inch tv, two 40 inch tvs, two 39 inch tvs and were attempting to buy a 1200.00 gaming computer from you..... Thought it was open until Saturday? Closed last night before 8. Other store says hours are 11-7 today and tomorrow.
I always go to this Best Buy.. and I got there around 7:10. And they were already closed. But when I looked on the Facebook page it says 9 and online it says 9... and your staff stood near the front door just watching cars drive by. Not impressed.
I brought a mavic pro Drone Thursday of last week and it will not take a firmware update anyway I can exchange it??
Management went above and beyond to take care of me. Great customer service.
