Trying to call and see if an item is available before driving over. Frustrating phone tree to navigate before being put on hold. 14 minutes into the call now. Please answer the phone.

I just had a great experience with a customer service gentleman in appliances named Rick. He helped me above and beyond with a problem that want even in his store. Kudos to Rick. You restored my faith in Best Buy.

Best Buy is a good company. Except this store, the Bradley, IL store is garbage. 19 phone calls later and they still haven't answered their phone. Too busy chasing after people in the store to make sure they have a mask on, never ask why you're not wearing one, just scream and yell, put on a mask or get out, also be sure to come in my 6' bubble to scream and yell some more. what a joke of a store...... 30 employees and maybe 5 customers..... wow I guess, maybe they can run the rest of their customers out of the store as well... read more

I have been waiting to receive notification that my online pick up order is ready and nothing! They have the item in stock. Never will purchase from this company again.

Last Sunday afternoon, my husband made a purchase at the store, and mistakenly left his wallet in the mens room. We live 45 minutes away, and it wasn’t until a couple hours later, he realized what had happened. He tried to call the store and never got an answer on the phone. Driving back while still trying to get reach someone was of no avail. There still are many honest people in this world, and we hoped someone had turned his wallet in! We searched online for a TV stand and found one we liked. According to what I read it showed there were at least 2 in store. We called the store..... no one (at the Jackson store) answered. We drove to the store, went in, looked around, found nothing. A young lady asked if she could assist us; I told her what we were looking for..she went to a co-worker to ask if TV stands were at the store. He said No...available online. We leave the store.
