I purchased a 85” TV around 9/1 and have the Total Tech service and set up an appointment for 9/3. No one showed up or called on 9/3. I went to the store and talked to a manager they said it was a contractor and he could not see why they did not show up but said he would set up an appointment with his installers. Customer service is horrible. The Assistant Manager at the Orem store could not even walk over from the podium to talk to us. We had to go to him. We had been told by customer service online to take our product in and a manger would help us. We had the transcript from the online chat, but he did not help us or care.
