Worst experience I have ever had while shopping for appliances. We paid for a fridge to be delivered and installed. Well the entire front was busted when they delivered it, so we told them to trade it for a new one. They told us that we would get a new fridge delivered the next day at 9 am. 9 am came and went, with no call all day. Turns out they stopped selling that fridge and left us out in the dark. Looked at prices on the self and found what I was looking for but,Fry's had the iPad cheaper
I love this place. BUT. I had to leave my computer to be repaired. It needs a new mother board. It is covered under the warranty. Great, you say. That's what I said, till I find out, they have to send it to Louisville KY. To have it repaired. I live 32 miles from one the largest citys in the the country, Houston. There is not a place in this city that can repair it???? NO. So now I wait for weeks to get it back. I am not happy.
Love this store and the sale Lady that I had was a real sweet heart... Will be going back really soon.
I recently purchased some new camera equipment from this location and I wanted to give a huge shout out to a supervisor, Josh, and his team. They went above and beyond to help meet my needs and earn my business. I cannot tell you enough great things about all of the employees here at this location.
