wanted to give a shout out to Mario Contreras at Pacific Sales in San Dimas, CA. We had a bad experience with Lowe's and came to Pacific Sales for our refrigerator after that. Mario was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He showed us our different options and did so without pressuring us to buy. He was happy to look up information for us and very patient as I took my time looking over all the refrigerators.

These guys and gals rock! Brennen and Mitch are masters of the electronic world. Be sure to make an appointment. As you can imagine, the geeks are in high demand. You may have to leave your computer with them, so back up your stuff. We've been twice and both times they had our laptops up and running in just a few days. If you want the best, the Geek Squad is it. Hands down.
Had appt today. No one called and no one showed up. I had email reminding me of the appointment. When I called, they could not find my appt. Had to reschedule. Very unpleasant dealing with customer service! #Bad Service
I’ve gone to Pacific Sales a few times for new Appliances and they are always helpful when I come in. I’ve only had good experiences with the customer service. All the appliances I have work great.
