If I could give a -10 stars, that is what I would have chosen. I had an appointment today to have a car starter installed. This appointment was made over 2 weeks ago. Dropped car off for the scheduled appointment only to be called 2 hours later and be told that they over booked themselves and can't do it for another month. Manager Marcus was of no help what-so-ever. Seriously?? I will be returning the car starter ($500) and will not be shopping at this Best Buy ever again. No computers, cell phones, ect. I'm done.
