The sales guys at the gainesville location are trained to lie and cheat you out of money on their protection plans. complete waste of money and they cant even fix your device in the immediate area. complete liars. I wouldn't recommend this place at all unless you enjoy being lied to and ultimately told you got ripped off. WHAT A JOKE!!!
The supervisor is very rude. They don’t deserve the name “Best Buy” because if you have an issue with a product they don’t help you and they tell you that it’s your fault if something goes wrong. I recommend you to buy somewhere else.
Scheduled appliance delivery for a window of 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. It is now 4:45 p.m. and no call, no nothing. When trying to contact customer service, I was connected to a number w/ a message "you have reached a non-working number..." Wow. Bray and Scarf next time for any appliances.
Worst customer service ever! They gave us the wrong appliance but we have to bring it back in order to possibly get the correct one. Never again.
