I am at Best Buy in Owings Mills, Maryland. I came in with a list of three items I’m trying to find. I’ve had three employees basically said to me it’s over there somewhere. So I complain to the manager. He said thank you for complaining. And did not help me find anything. I will probably never come to the store again.

I bought all my appliances from best buy and they sold me a defective fridge Ive been struggling with trying to get it replaced or fixed and they are no help!!! They delivered my fridge all dented and scratched and it had moldy food in it!!!! IM SOOOO DISSATISFIED WITH THE BEST BUY SERVICE THEY SUCK!!! I will never shop there again and I will be canceling my credit cresid card asap

Never buying from Best Buy again. I ordered an iPod touch last night and I chose to pick it up today. This morning I changed the pick up person to my father so I wouldn't have to get out of the car. An employee who wouldn't display her name would not let my father pickup my iPod for me. So my brother Kevin had to transfer me out of the car into my wheelchair to pick the device up.
