RecommendedI purchased a tablet for my step daughter. We had an associate named Race (I think). Young guy in school. Walked us through the tablets and what she needed. He even helped us set it up before leaving the store. Nicest guy ever!!! It was a busy day, because I waited until the day before school started to shop. Purchased an LG ultra HD tv black Friday. It came without screws to attach the legs and the legs aren't strong enough to support the tv. We have it leaning against a mirror to keep it semi erect. Won't be dealing with Best Buy ever again.
Grateful to Howard in the appliance department for helping to resolve an issue with LG not wanting to honor their warranty (don’t ever buy an LG dishwasher!). He was knowledgeable and helpful, and, with Jon’s help, worked through the issue on their end in a much more professional and productive manner than any of my interactions with LG over the past five months. No one ever greets me in this store. I was pointed in some direction by one clerk who did not seem interested. I waited over 10 minutes standing near a clerk. While he was helping a customer who had many questions there was no acknowledgment from of me, no I would ll be with you nothing. Completely disgusted by Customer Service. Wasted 3 and a half hours on what I thought was an easy fix to an existing order. So disappointed in their complete ineptitude and lack of ability or desire to keep a customer. I will do my best to NEVER buy from Best Buy again! Pathetic. Truly pathetic.......
Just try calling the store, it’s not easy. I call four time , still don’t know how to get a person in cell phones
