The unprofessional and rude behavior of your staff during my recent visit to your Edwardsville store on last Friday. I believe this behavior does not align with the level of customer service I have come to expect from Best Buy.
Store manager and geek squad manager gave vague and impatient answers to my questions and made me feel foolish for not understanding the technical problem with my laptop. This treatment created a very negative experience, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.
Manager was very rude and unprofessional.
I got something in the charging port of my phone. Couldn't get it out myself. Took it to the Geek Squad and Devonn said they don't do that work but he'd give it a try. He worked on it for about 10-15 minutes and got most of it out. Several employees came by and made suggestions. Unfortunately he couldn't get it all and I think that's because it's a piece of sawdust shaped just right to stay stuck. I'm going to take it to the Apple store.
