Manager was so rude to me when I went to pick up my online order (and waited patiently and respectfully for over half an hour) -- then it turned out my item wasn't even in stock, as promised! You should treat your customers with more respect (especially when the mistake is yours)!
240 & Poplar location employs thieves. A friend ordered her employees’ holiday gifts online to pick up in store, but was told someone else had already picked them up. The store didn’t verify i.d., credit card, etc. She was told to take it up with the police! No refund, replaced purchases. Zilch. Sounds like an inside theft job.

It's a great store. Staff is very friendly and willing to help their customers. I went in there for a certain item showed one of the employees a picture of it. She took the time to look and get me someone who could help me. They're awesome!!!
If I can’t even get a hello when I’m in your store why would I want to spend my money here.
This is an amazing store. I live in Southaven but travel there to do all my Best Buy purchasing. The associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Geek Squad is fantastic...they have helped me with so many issues. There are times when it is hard to get help only because this store is always so busy, but with a little patience, the staff will gladly help. They know what they are talking about and are willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy.
