CLUSTER F**K. Several audio displays did not work so it was impossible to audition speakers. Majority of the televisions were not labeled with the model numbers or the prices. On Saturday 11/21 my son and I came to Memphis TN to purchase some stereo equipment for his car. Unfortunately we had to go to two separate locations on this day to obtain all the pieces he needed. We went to both the store on Poplar and the one on Germantown Parkway. We would’ve shopped at our local store in Jonesboro AR but it was destroyed in a tornado last March. I showed up on a weeknight at 7PM and the store was locked up tight.
I still don't have a working phone. I bought the one I have "open box" "unlocked" from Best Buy in December. I was tired of the shenanigans by phone companies to get all of your money and keep you on a continual upgrade path. I also bought a phone protection plan. Went in to buy washer and dryer. Asked for help....got none. Told them on the way out that I would have to buy elsewhere because they would not help and they just said thank you! lol Lost a 1000. sale. Guess they are making enough without helping customers. Best Buy on Poplar, Memphis Tennessee.
