Horrible service, I purchased a pedestal for my washer and dryer and paid for delivery and installation. The delivery took place but the installation did not because the tech said they needed another crew of guys to come out to install them. That crew did not show up on the agreed-upon day and Best Buy said they would send another crew out on the 16th. 20 minutes prior to arrival I received a phone call stating they could not install the units as agreed-upon. We went into this location yesterday to price appliances. We had 3 people following us like we were criminals. My husband took my older 2 kids to the car and they watched me even closer. We never even went near electronics so im not sure why we were watched so closely. 2 managers and a front door person. Made me feel quiet uncomfortable and I likely will not return. Which is unforunate because we planned on purchasing 5 appliances.

First time Black Friday shopping & I bought a new iPhone - excellent customer service on a crazy busy day - I was very impressed with how organized & stocked the store was

Basically had to beg for someone to help me purchase an iPad. Half the staff were on their phones and would walk away when they saw me coming. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and it’s not a first at this store.

I despise the fearless fodstick they have minding the desk at the entrance. On your way out from the cashier and insists on checking the receipt. Claims I could have come into the store with my own blue Best Buy bag. Everybody is a thief until 'they' prove otherwise. Was told if I don't like it, "don't shop here anymore." I won't. His mission accomplished.

Tried to return a $1,500 projector (the 2nd one we had to buy because the 1st one wasn't shipped in time) to the store...was turned away because it was not "purchased at the store". Best Buy Shipping label CLEARLY states "We will happily return at any store or online"... great customer service gang! What, does this hurt your bottom line daily numbers? (who cares!)
