No customer service. Had an appointment, showed up, was told they overbooked and arbitrarily decided my appt would be at 4:30. Epic fail! I guess next time I won’t buy my laptop or Big screen TV there like I did in the past year...

I am a senior and received a Samsung Galaxy tablet for xmas. I set up fb account the end of February and all went well until this week..I visited your tech support desk and they could not have been more helpful. My tablet is working fine now but I know I can return to Best Buy if I need help again....terrific customer service.
Upgraded my cell phone, Dave was fabulous. Got a much better deal than the Verizon store offered. Victoria from Samsung was also extremely helpful!
