After visiting this store. I will never use Best Buy again. I felt racially profiled as a black woman. My pc screen is broken and I forgot my password and I’m able to view my screen using a HDMI cable and connect it to my tv. I visit the store and after explaining my issue to a geek squad agent he told me he could remove the password for about $30 something dollars. So I went and got my pc. Dont ever buy a protection plan in this store. in April 2019, I smashed my phone and bought a new one in this store. the salesman told me 3 times that I should buy the protection plan for $170 because if I smash it again, they will "take care of it". I said, no thank you, it costs $50 for a new screen. he said, "no, they will replace your phone". Provide better customer service.
RecommendedExcellent staff at this location. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help (but not too pushy). Also a lot less busy than the Destiny location. It is smaller compared to Destiny, so there isn't as much of a selection.
Customer Service is absolutely horrible
I’ve been trying to call for last two days straight but they don’t answer their phones at all. Up to 20 minutes without an answer so far.
If they were any closer I could tell what they had for lunch. Shopping while Black never again. I was shopping for a computer and a TV. Not here. They don’t shadow white shoppers this way.
Never shopping at the Best Buy in Dewitt (or any location) again. These assholes claimed they had the new 13” MacBook Pro, I ordered it online for in-store pickup, and it said it would be available in one hour. This was Sunday. I waited four hours, still no confirmation sent. I tried calling the store. Apparently, no one there knows how to answer the phone. I called Monday at various times of the day, still nothing.
