Had a bad experience with the GC Best Buy recently when we upgraded my son’s cell phone. The salesperson told us we could upgrade his phone for a minimal increase of $2-3 per month but to my surprise when the Verizon bill came it had increased by $21. I spent the next 3 weeks dealing with multiple managers explaining the situation and was advised they were unable to see a previous promotion on my son’s phone which caused the larger increase. Very poor customer service experience form Asst Mgr Zachary Cercone. He was rude arrogant and absolutely unapologetic for me being given misinformation not only by the automated order system but by a live employee from the Tuttle location named Kat. Best Buy, you have my money, where is my product? There is a reason I went from being a silver rewards member to someone who rarely even considers Best Buy when planning a purchase. It's your company's attitude toward their customers!

Online order experience only. Pulled and ready within 10 minutes of ordering, took 5 minutes when I got there to get loaded and on my way. Great experience

I've bought from best buy for years, not only personal but my firm also, I just had the worst experience with a retail store in my 45 years of life.. Doubt I'll ever walk into a best buy again... Sad that the customer is treated so badly.. Their ineptness will cost me thousands of dollars..

First of all besides the first person I saw when I walked in the door to tell me what area to go to for the item I was looking for the staff NEVER acknowledged me! Even when I asked 3 different employees for help no one ever helped me for the 40 minutes that I was in the store! One employee after I asked them for help said they would be right back as I watched them walk over behind a counter and play on their phone for the next 10 minutes! Bought an open box laptop that didn't even boot up, they would not fix it unless I had the plan, would not exchange it without me paying the difference, found out that they had one at the Polaris store and they would not call because they would be put on hold too long. This company needs shut down, lie cheat and steal is what they do. They don't deserve the one star. What a joke!!!

I purchased a computer and it does not work. It kept crashing and randomly wouldn't turn on. It was "excellent condition open box" but had cosmetic damage that was evident as soon as I opened it. It finally stopped turning on altogether less than a week after purchasing. I went in and they found a way to turn it on but wouldn't let me get my files back without charging another $100 even though it was their fault. They won't exchange it and only offer a refund without letting me pull my $400 worth of work off the computer. I ... read more

Took back a broken tv within 24 hours and told it was our fault and they couldn't do anything. Never again will I buy something from this store. Poor customer service. Amazon will get my money.
