well I went there to buy a skeetpardool and nobody would help me. the guy said bartooldoo and walked away
I ordered a wireless DVD player on line received it 5/20 just hooked it up however it won’t stream without freezing up. I took it back today and was told too bad your past the 15 day period. I explained the product is defective however no one listened kept repeating your past the 15 day period. So I just threw away 86 dollars. Awful. Would not issue a refund or even an exchange for a Roomba I bought less than 24 hours before the holiday return policy began. Out $300 and the Roomba sucks. Store associates directed me (rudely) to corporate and corporate jerked me around for an hour until finally, they placed me on hold with a store associate whom I had already spoken to. RecommendedI had a great shopping experience recently and the sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. However, he did give us some incorrect information about pricing. After going in today and speaking with Erin (who also spoke with her manager Jared) I left the store very happy knowing that they did the right thing in a customer service situation. Erin and Jared - you both made what could have been a very bad experience into a wonderful one! We will be shopping Best Buy GC for our future needs! Thank you!!!
I can't speak for Best Buy in general, but the Grove City location has caused me and my family nothing but frustration. Unfortunately it has also cost me money. I August I entered the Best buy store located on Stringtown Rd. My 11 year old son and I looked through the selection of phones available and inquired about different plans. We were assured that not only could we save money monthly by switching to Sprint, but we would have the same service as we had previously had ...Continue Reading
They raised the price of a TV 2 minutes after we had looked at it. The internet price still reflected the price we saw. They wouldn’t honor it.
