Bought a new tv yesterday. Now the picture is gone. They say they offer 24/7 tech support. Yet I can’t get ahold of anyone. If I spend close to a grand for anything, I expect it to last more than a day. If not, someone better be there to help me figure it out. I’m a Best Buy card holder, about to shred it. Thanks for nothing Best Buy.
I bought a new tv there and now it doesn't work they are telling me that the part that I need is back order and there is nothing They can do for me. I even got the premium insurance on the tv. been a month with out a tv
Standing at customer service. At least 10 Best Buy blue logged shirts have walked by. Not one is interested in “customer service.” No wonder they are going out of business...

SCAM... Bought a wifi adapter from them that died a couple weeks later and they basically told me to fuck off when I asked if I could have one that actually worked.. You're better off with Amazon �
