Apparently discrimination is the policy now. I was just informed by an employee that the person in charge of appliances refused to come help me because I cannot wear a mask. The employee said I could call (I got tired of holding after an hour and a half) or go online (I need a price match, so online isn't an option). I have never been more embarrassed in my entire life. Your employees seem to think I chose to have severe anxiety and can just turn it off.
RecommendedI just brought in an animal crossing switch joycon that was broken and the gentleman that helped me was able to fix it right away and was super helpful! I didn't get his name but I think he had blonde hair and glasses. I seriously can't thank him enough! — at Best Buy (Nampa, ID).
Have called 6 times and finally get someone to answer. Ask to get transferred to cell phone department. I got hung up on. Great service. Whoever is the manager there really needs to figure some things out.
Stop harassing your customers that cannot wear masks, THEY ARE NOT MANDITORY!!!! I cannot believe what happened in your store, how a customer was treated and was told they wouldn't sell her anything! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I scheduled an online appointment at the Nampa store to buy a Fitbit Versa 2. I got a call about an hour later stating they wouldn't let me into the store for my 3:30 pm appointment. The lady I talked to on the phone was insanely rude and had the worst attitude. I am mad because I want to look at my product before buying it. So, I called the Boise Best Buy to see if it was a "rule" that even though the whole point of scheduling an appointment is to "shop in the store, in-person" like the Best Buy website and phone answering ... read more
So very disappointed I placed an order online 4/6 and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. I got an email verifying my purchase and saying it would be delivered the next day so 4/7. It’s 4/8 and I just got an email saying sorry it’s running late and won’t be delivered until 4/9. Let’s hope they can come through? I doubt I’ll be ordering anything in the future.
If our product wasn’t a gift we would just cancel the order and bypass their lousy service. I will never go to their stores on my own. Do not expect to call and talk to a human.
