Not worth it. No wonder so many stores are closing. We spent 4000 on a TV, sound system, 4k blue ray player and installation. They failed to explain the remote (logitech harmony). We brought Phillip's hue lights since they connect to the remote and Alexa. Made the huge mistake of downloading the Harmony app on my phone. The app wiped the remote. Drove to the Eagan store to buy a modem and a security system. No one would answer the page for assistance to help me. There were several groups of employees within my sight, standing around chatting with each other. After several minutes standing (in pain), I was told to "come back when they had more help available. When I tried to call, I got a "call center" instead of the actual store. I asked for a manager. We went in to buy a washer and dryer. Selected our choice, waited around for 15 minutes and no one came to place the order. Stopped at the front door and told the man no one was waiting on us. Instead of getting help for us he merely said "Sorry. "
