On hold for 40 minutes and when they finally answer they hang up on me before getting me to the correct person. Called back and waited another 20 minutes only to have them again hang up on me. I’m incredibly disappointed.

Here’s a brief summary of my experience at this Best Buy. I have shopped there frequently and was recently falsely accused of shoplifting in the most despicable humiliating and disgusting manner. They called the police on a shoplifting charge after seeing me put something in my purse and taking it out again only to repeat the same action. They were too faraway to see the item. Been on hold for over 1/2 hr. No one will answer the phone
eagan location i waited on phone for 30 min. called Bloomington and answered my warranty question on product i purchased warranty for immediately.
before buying a cel. I asked if my number could be ported from Virgin mobile to Total wireless, they said yes. besides the cel, they sold me a prepaid card, which was scratched by one of the employees. After two days, total wireless told me they do not have the license to port my number. returned to the store which gave me credit for the phone, however not for the prepaid card($35.00). called total wireless they said "there is nothing we can do."
