Was not helped with a defective product that I have only OWNED for 3 weeks! The item was not purchased at this location and it was not their fault that there is only 1 Samsung rep in the area! I will never purchase anything from Best Buy!
I called today because I needed to check if several items were in stock. After waiting on hold a combined total of over 10 minutes (I called back once to try a different branch on the phone tree to see if I'd get better results) no one ever picked up the phone! It just oscillated back and forth between ringing and hold music. I called Office Depot on Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd next and got a person and an answer right away.
As usual, my money & time were both well spent in this store. The customer service was on point and I was also able to catch a great sale for the tablet I purchased.
