The installer was kind of rude when I dropped my car off and gave idea suggestions. When I got the car back the radio didn't work nor can I adjust the AC. Only Bluetooth and USB work. Installer blew off the radio issue. AC not working has been a HUGE pain in the butt. When I called I was sent to a manager to whom I had to leave a voicemail for, and never received a follow-up. Overall not very impressed for my first time using their installation services, even with "Total" Tech Support.
Be up front and honest. Your associate in cell phones lied to me and I got screwed out of $400. You people should be ashamed of how you do business. I'll never do business with Best Buy anywhere on any level.

I waited on their employee for 20 mins and they never returned to help me. I won't shop there anymore. They don't want my business or yours either.
Brian in the camera/computer department and AJ have been great to us. Geek squad helped us with all of our needs and I even talked to the assistant manager, CJ, who was very nice. This is the FIRST Best Buy that I’ve had amazing experience at. By far, my favorite so far.
Worst customer service. Purchased kitchen suite set and washer and dryer 3 weeks ago. Set up for delivery and install today. Moved into new house yesterday and had it set up for delivery today and only had washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher. Microwave above range damaged. And fridge was not available. Back ordered. Is what they are saying. But 3 weeks ago it was available and should be set aside for us. Then I go into store and try to find another one comparable. And nothing unless I want to pay another $750!!! The sales people at this store are so helpful and friendly! Great experience.
Tony was awesome in helping me buy two TVs. He was very knowledgeable and worked within my budget without pressuring me to spend more.
