Terrible customer services and they kept not telling us the truth.
June 25, we woke up to find our Samsung refrigerator was warm! After contacting Best Buy, and then AIG extended warranty we purchased, they finally sent someone out 16 days later to diagnose and order 5 parts. Now, July 31st, since our fridge sat warm for so long, it has mold everywhere. Its nauseating and disgusting! The repair guy said, "Thats just what happens when a fridge sits so long." The worst phone system ever.
Tired of masks and needing to make a appointment to get in and buy something.
One of the worst Retail experiences of my life. Lied to me at the point of sale about delivery. Tried calling twice where I was left on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. I went in to the store to personality cancel my order and tell them off. Sometimes I feel bad for the death of Big Box stores....then I shop in one and realize I'm happy they are dying off. At least Amazon gives me what I order when they say they will. #NeverAgain #BestBuy

My experience at Best Buy was horrendous. not only did we receive substandard customer service with multiple issues, my Hispanic friend looking to buy a tv was asked to his face "Are you sure you can afford this?" give me a break people.
ordering process was garbage service was no better
The customer service is horrible. They cancelled my scheduled delivery because of truck issues and told me you will have to just wait until next week. No apology, no sense of even trying to find a better solution. Refused to offer any help and just kept saying they don’t make an effort to get to your items even though it’s their fault. And you can see they never respond to reviews so they don’t care about helping people. They just want their money. I’ll never go back.
