Sharlee at the Samsung counter in the store helped me with a song I purchased that was in a file I would have never found if I tried. Took her 15 minutes to figure it out. They need to restock USB to micro USB and I-Phone cords and make sure other items are stocked.
This best buy has the worst associates ever. Just rude and don't want to be bothered. Chad is the worst. He has a real bad attitude. I went in to return a few items and his response to me is oh you again I am ready to close. No one from management would come to help. Just stay away from this store.
