I had a similar problem at one of the stores in Las Vegas, NV. For weeks, I was waiting for the Samsung Q90 75" television to arrived at the store, but when it didn't happen, I asked them to order the TV for me. That is when the game started, at first, they were charging me $3,299 for the TV plus $349.00 for a two years extended warranty that I didn't ask for it. After a 2 week wait for the geek squad They said my phone was going to cost 400 dollars to fix. When I was originally quoted 100 dollars. The manager would not help at all to correct their mistakes. The geek squad so called manager was extremely arrogant. The employees looked afraid of her they were spineless. She tried the “excuse me Mr Vice President I’m speaking” tone but it did not fly with me don’t shop at arroyo crossing Best Buy bunch of thieves and wimps.

I have been harassed by employees at this location several times, but today they decided to take it to discrimination... I entered the store, wearing the face covering, as required... I walked right passed the man at the door, without incident, greeting him and him greeting me... I browsed the store, unhindered... I made my way back to the TV section, where I asked a representative if the antenna I had in my hands was appropriate for my needs... Can't follow their own policy or the state mandate and discriminate against those who are medically exempt from wearing masks by denying them access to the store. They'll do a modified curb pick up thing but won't allow you in despite what their own policy states. Employees are extremely aggressive about it and get in your face standing only a foot away from you and being extremely disrespectful. Will definitely be calling corporate and making a complaint, that's for sure!

Friday evening, July 17th-\-\ I was hacked about 8 p.m. and a scam attempted. I didn't give them any money, but they were in my computer. I'm elderly, but I do know not to pay anything if I haven't initiated contact-\-\ too bad I didn't realize the frozen screen telling me I needed to contact Microsoft immediately was a fake, but realistic, looking Microsoft screen, which I was unable to close. They have no stock . I needed a phone Att and they had nothing. So went to Walmart and bought one. The staff don't seem to care.

The store damaged the new TV while loading it for my Brother today. Even though they damaged it, they would not replace it. My brother didn’t leave the store.. this was caught right at the store level.... I am not impressed with that customer service.. we will not be looking to Best Buy for any further purchases until my brother has been made whole.
