I go to return a Vivitar camera with receipt & they say sorry, must have been returned by Jan. 14th, you’re stuck with it. Not even a store credit!!?? Screw you Best Buy!
Always get fantasic service when I go there. NEVER have to look for a salesperson to help me out. They always sell me the appropriate product for my needs and most importantly, never pushy with trying to upsell something I don't need. I'd rather pay the few extra dollars to get the service I get from my local Best Buy.

If I was rating ease of contacting Best Buy Elmira, NY, I would give them a 0. I have tried contacting their store 7 times this morning with no luck. Their options menu gives no way of contacting an operator. I've tried every option in hopes of someone, anyone, picking up - extensions just rang and rang. Now I have to drive out my way after work just to get a simple question answered.
