Online said was available ordered for pickup the next day. Got online to check order and now it’s not available at any store or online. No text or email saying that they couldn’t fill my $700 order. Been on hold for 30 min as of right now since I’m on hold filling this review out as we speak. Probably will be on hold for much longer. Still haven’t spoke to anyone. What a joke this place is.

I need help fixing my left AirPod I tried to update my phone still doesn’t work I even reset it muiltple times still doesn’t work and I shut off my phone. If you have anything recommends that I can do to make them both work
I had an issue with my iPhone. I took it to the apple specialist and they were awesome. We couldn’t get the phone fixed because apple was being awful. He staff at Best Buy helped me. One of the managers, Sam stayed past the time she was scheduled to make sure I had what I needed. Multiple agents and managers helped me. They gave me a phone to use until we could figure it out. Had an apt with the geek squad to remove a SIM card that was stuck and off its tray..the employee was fast and courteous and it was free of charge..when I called for the appt they stated it could be up to $40! I was impressed! And that’s what I call customer service.. just wished I would of got his name!
I would like recognize your employee Eli Baird at the Elmira, NY store. He was polite, patient, and excellent at helping to troubleshoot so many ridiculous cell phone issues! Not once did he make it seem like an inconvenience to wait, assist, or look for more information for my many many questions. I can’t thank Eli enough for helping me get to the bottom of my technological issues!!
