Manager "Kevin" refused refund within company policy on the receipt. Rude, out of line staff. Not worth shopping there. Unhelpful, unprofessional and only out for the sale.
Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! You book an appointment online for iPhone repair and they turn you away. I’ve bought thousands of dollars in products at that location, but I’ll gladly go elsewhere now.
Very unhelpful Samsung representative. Switching to iphone. At least there is a store that can provide phone help. He was annoyed that I needed help and brushed me off to help old people learn how to use a phone. I will be calling cooperate too!
Product displayed on the floor was not available. For multiple products. Very disappointed. Very misleading
Two times I ever got here both items broke and they won't even accept their own products back. Go to Costco
