I purchased an “open box” over-the-range microwave oven from Best Buy in Enfield CT. After installation, the unit made very loud noises during operation. I returned to Best Buy and was told to “contact the manufacturer”. I was sold a broken oven and essentially told to get lost. No service after sale. I should have checked here first. I would have seen that they are a subpar retailer.

Purchased a $48.00 item , got home did not work. Returned item to the store they would only exchange it by buying the non-sale price of $60.00 since it was no longer on sale. Explained it was an exchange due to the product bought was broken. They would not honor the price it was sold for. Numerous people spoken to in customer service , would not assist at all. Very poor customer service, would never return or recommend. ( Enfield)
After spending over an hour on the phone with Best Buy's beyond terrible and outsourced customer service, I finally decided to just drive to the Enfield store to get help in person. I want to thank Chris at this store (who was working in exchanges and returns) for solving my problem in less than 5 minutes. Thanks!
