poor customer service, walked around for about 10-15 mins trying to find what i needed and when i found someone, they were helping someone else but i politely asked where i could find this item and got a rude response to it
Treat their customers like complete garbage. I purchased a bunch of ink from them (among many other things) and got home and installed it and it doesn't even work. Just dropped a few hundred on broken ink. They won't exchange it for me (even tho you can clearly tell its full) and I have the receipt and they said I'm out of luck and to contact the manufacturer (which I did and they're refusing to help since Best Buy is supposed to according to them.) We received excellent service from the sales people and geek Squad when purcasising a printer, Fax, copier and scanner for my I pad. Plus, a good sales price!
Best Buy installed a washer upstairs on Nov 11th. Installer did not unhook old washer when trying to remove. So he busted the pan and broke a water pipe in the wall that we found out about the next morning when it was raining thru the ceiling in my kitchen. He also threatened me twice, warning me I better give him a good review. We have received zero cooperation from anyone there in a month!!!! Thinks to Chris, for solving my problem, I will be back to get my new phone...
I do t even know where to start. I have spent over a grand here in the last few months. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 almost a month ago and it's defective. The mic just stops working out of nowhere. I go to them and I'm told I have to drive to the east side of Indy to see a repair shop. Um no. How about you replace my phone and send the old one yourself. Aside from the cell phone issue, the entire mobile staff are laughable. I'm done.
So disappointed by the decline of customer service. They have lost a loyal 20 year customer starting the first purchase of my HP computer. We are waiting for over a week and another reschedule of our washing machine and we dealt with one of the rudest customer care individuals ever. I will never purchase from this company again.
