Best Buy has the worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time. I can't believe they way I've been treated after spending thousands of dollars there year after year. I would like someone from their corporate office to contact me immediately.
I bought an unlocked phone and needed help getting it activated. Evidently once they have your money they cannot be bothered setting down with a customer. I will not buy from best buy again.

In June 2017 my husband and I purchased an LG refrigerator along with a protection plan. Everything was fine until October 2019 when things started acting oddly after connecting the water line for the first time after moving. Initially, the ice maker didn't work at all, and water leaked from a line in the front of the fridge, toward the bottom. We called a local repair company out to fix the leak right away. I have had significant complications, despite it only being a few months old. The Greek Squad went above and beyond, in my opinion, to help me remedy this quickly and efficiently.... that involved offering to exchange my laptop for a new one! My device was within the manufacturer warranty, but there weren’t any in the store. They made it simple for me to exchange and walk out with a new laptop. I’m not sure if this is regular protocol- but it didn’t feel like it to me and I was incredibly thankful!
I was frustrated by poor customer service at another retailer, so I went into Best Buy hoping for better service. I got it! I was immediately greeted and all my questions about my TV purchase were answered. I can't say enough about the great service Jon-Thomas Lord provided me today. My customer experience was great and I will definitely go back.
