They took my money refused to give me my instock purchase unless I purchase it again ask for a refund now im stuck waiting 1-15 days for my money on a tv To keep this short I purchased a tv from gainsville va to be picked up in fairlakes. Fairlakes would not honor this purchase and told me i need to return my original purchase and buy the same model again. Wanted to look at a jet pack and other items., got the Spanish Inquisition at the door. Why bother opening? The person before and after me were turned away. Poor service.

My husband bought a LG tv from the Leesburg Va location only to get it home and take it out of the box and it was damaged , huge dent/ cracked screen on the side! He went to return it and explain what happened and the lady manager refused to exchange it for another one saying he must of did it because there was no damage to the box! What are you kidding me ! We are a family of 7 and honest and felt so disrespected that she implied he was lying ! This is horrible customer service and we will never buy from them again!

By honoring their prices for a start. A manager tried to tell us today at Best Buy Leesburg VA that there was no mechanism in place to provide a store credit in an effort to honor an advertised price (which I have a hard time believing). If Best Buy plans to compete with other places like Amazon, perhaps they need to learn customer service or figure out how to issue a store credit to honor what they have advertised on the floor. Very disappointed with the Leesburg, VA Best Buy store. Very disappointed.

I bought an open box item online and went to pick it up the following day only to find out that someone had sold it (again) to someone else. No notifications, NOTHING until I got to the store. They wanted to do a charge back, wanted me to go to another store, wanted ME to do extra for their #SCREWUP. In the end, they had an associate drive to another store to pick up a new model, but that was after 30 minutes of nonsense from a situation that should have NEVER happened in a large-scale organization like Best Buy. Too bad I can’t give less than a one star. I was outside the 15 day window. For a defective radio, the manager wouldn’t even exchange the unit after I explained that it was a safety issue. I am expected to return the radio to Pioneer for service.

Your not even worth 1 star, you buy a warranty that they said they will give you something on the spot if our chromebook broke and now they tell me they have to send it out for 15 days minimum.......You are not worthy of my money .....Hoping everyone sees this
