From the moment I contacted Tri-State screens I knew it was going to be a good experience. First, the answered their phone! Amanda walked me through the entire procedure from sending in pictures to the measurements to the estimates. She was truly courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Kevin, Steven and company installed oversized double retractable screen doors today. First the screen doors are almost invisible but match the industrial French doors in our condo. The screen doors are designed with precision and ease-of-use. The installation team was even more impressive with their friendliness, skill and knowledge of their products. Thank you all!

We are happy with a smooth dealing with the Tri-State Screens. The Deck Screen was installed professionally. The Crew was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They came as scheduled and finished the installation on time. Cleaned the area after installation and explained about its operation, precautions for use during the winter and stormy day. We are happy and satisfied with our newly installed screen and recommend it.
