Tri-State Screens installed an oversized screen door that pulls across for a wide opening in our new screened in porch. Their team is efficient, professional and the communication was great. Wonderful experience in getting a vanishing screen for our back door! Kevin and Steven were pleasant, efficient and skilled. 5 stars to them BUT... .....I have to change my initial 5 star review of the company.. I ordered new motorized screens for malfunction ones. Twice (TWICE) they scheduled and confirmed a date/time window and THEN DID NOT SHOW up...plenty of excuses when i called to find out why, but I was extremely unhappy that I called and confirmed arrival window the morning of the scheduled install and they still did... read more
