The installation was professional. They arrived on time, gave me a full tutorial on the awning's use.
We LOVE the retractable screen!! Purchasing process was fabulous with Deanna. Kevin and Ricky were both very friendly and professional and were quick to install and give us a rundown of how the product works as well as maintenance.
Great group of people. Had the pleasure of having them install some shades for our new facility in Hagerstown, MD. The two gentleman who came to install were awesome! We have a 15-foot sliding glass door that opens onto a covered deck. We wanted to install a motorized screen to take advantage of the large door opening, without screening the entire deck.
