This is the 2nd location I tried calling the for an hour in an attempt to speak with someone or anyone at all and no one ever EVER answers the phone. Occasionally it was like someone would answer and send me to a ring that last forever and then hangs up. Or I could tell someone would answer and just hang up. Ridiculous!! How is this possible. It is obvious this is a common practice at Best Buy stores in my area.
I had the most amazing sales person help me at the Leesburg VA location. His name is Drew and he went above and beyond helping me with my situation. The world needs more people like him and Best Buy is it fortunate to have him as their employee.
Customer service that takes way to long to get to you when you really need help (unless you know what you want and they will instantly jump on you to try to sell more and make more commission.) Then when you try to pay for your item with a check they won't let you. Never going to this place ever again.
Protection plan is worthless!!! Having my sound bar sent off to get fixed for the THIRD time for the SAME problem. Their repair center just keeps saying it's fine. When I plug it in IN THE STORE with the associates there's a loud clicking and white noise that everyone can hear. Associates acknowledge it and just tel me there's nothing they can do. Been long time Best Buy customers just based on the level of customer service received; and this location is no exception! Bought a camera right before our trip and it quit on us a week later. I came to exchange it for another today (got back from our trip last night) and was told that I was 2 days past the 15 day return period, but they did the return anyway. Best Best Buy Ever! Great customer service, great prices, great stuff. I love the Leesburg Best Buy store. The employees are fantastic. I highly recommend buying your electronic stuff at this Best Buy. They CARE about the customer!!
