Do not buy your phone from them!!! I have a friend that just bought the Samsung from them during there Christmas deal after a few days he noticed there was a defect in the screen tried to take it back and even after they noticed it too told him that if they took it back that he would get the same deal as he did then even if it is a defected phone and would lose 300 dollars
Had an incredibly poor experience with a General Manager. I will not shop here again.
On thanksgiving day my husband and I went shopping right when best buy opened, we found the items we were looking for and went to get in line however were confused as to where it started. We went to ask an employee where the line started and she offered to check us out right then on her tablet! Talk about a great offer! Not having to wait in line AT ALL,we felt like v.i.p. We were in and out in a flash and cannot thank best buy enough for having such great employees.
I went to Best Buy because I saw online they offer recycling of electronics, and I have a few non working monitor's to recycle. When I got to my local Best Buy, I was told that it's $25 to recycle monitors, and they can't recycle tv's! I was actually told that I can go to the dump. I called Staples, and they will recycle for free. Oh, and checking again online - I see no where in the FAQ for recycling that there is a fee. Came in last night to have a phone serviced. Charles in the cellular department took care of me. He provided excellent customer service and his humor made the time go by fast :) Thank you for making my experience enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
Dylan was amazing!! I came in and was looking for specific tv shows and didn't see them out front and he went and checked the back and checked if it was on sale before coming back out and then when I realized I made a mistake he went BACK to the back and checked again and he was just so nice and helpful! Never complained or seemed like I was irritating him and had a smile the whole time, which I'm sure is hard on Black Friday!
THANK YOU ERIC. My husband and I were in the store last night. Nov 2,2016. Eric went above and beyond his service. Oh you all need to make it easier and less back breaking for a man of Eric's height when working at the computer. Those over 5'5"need a work are that accommodations their needs. Just sayin.
