I went this morning with my husband to purchase a 600 or 700 TV. When we entered the three women behind a table said I could not enter because I had a face shield and needed a mask aLso. One even put her dirty hands in a box and tried to hand me a mask. I did not even get to explain I have a medical condition and carry a DRs note. They were rude and not so nice about it. I am not worried because we spent our $800 someplace else and I will be glad when Best Buy goes out of business. I would never buy anything from them again.
So I do storm/hurricane response for a living. Purchased a new gopro setup before leaving for Lake Charles Louisiana to document some of the horrible stuff happening down there and the journey of restorers trying to help... unfortunately we were so busy there was zero time to even open the packages on my new gear setup to begin to film. Best Buy "again". I decided to do a phone upgrade based on a Best Buy "3 day sale" ending on August 2nd, 2020 for a $1200 phone on sale for $650 to be paid to my cell provider over 24 months. Since everything at Best Buy is now electronic I was told I would be emailed a receipt within 24 hours. To my surprise, Best Buy charged my cell provider $800 instead of $650 for a $1200 (retail price) phone. RecommendedChris and Tatiana were the best! Laid back but professional. They worked together like a well-oiled machine, as they say. I had a problem with the HP Envy convertible my son bought for me and no receipt. While Tatiana looked it up by his phone number Chris gave me the specs on it, since HP doesn't offer a handbook, and got a geek squad guy to come over and answer questions, all while Tatiana worked on my options, They swapped it out for another one and I left feeling like I learned something, and that hardly ever happens!
I ordered all of my appliances from Best Buy California MD and I have had nothing but issues getting it delivered from November to February. It seems in that amount of time somewhere there could get my order straight. They've cancelled my order, messed it up, failed to deliver, delivered to wrong address, you name it and it has gone wrong and no one has had enough knowledge to fix the isses.
