I purchased a new Samsung dryer in February 2017 from Best Buy. The dryer had a defect that Best Buy and Samsung said they would/could not fix. Samsung gave Best Buy a credit on my behalf to replace the dryer, but the replacement dryer now sells for $360 more that what I paid in February. Now, I have a defective dryer and my only choice is the fork over an additional $360 because I am told "That is our policy". That is a heck of a way to treat a customer or should I say former customer.

I ordered two products online. I received a notice that my order was delayed and then in a matter of moments, received another email stating my items were picked up. I called the number listed for the store, but my call was routed to a central call center. The representative there hung up on me after he confirmed that my product was indeed showing picked up. Well I was going to drop some cash in this store today but after standing and waiting more than 30 min I decided to take my business elsewhere. Was going to buy a Xbox one with accessories and a cable wifi modem. Just as I was writing this review finally someone came up. I told them that I wasn't greeted at the door, I watched you go to 3 other people other than me. I even tried to get the attention of a passing associate. Guess he couldn't hear with the earphones in. Very not pleased with the way you conduct business
