Went to buy a computer and was unsure which to get. The rep was very rude when I would ask questions and smarted off several times to me and my family. Rep ended up ordering the wrong product and it took 4 more days to get what we actually ordered. Save your time and go elsewhere.
You could improve yourself by CLOSING! you SUCK!
Went to look at refrigerators. I had to make appointment then wear a face mask. Then when I went in the store I had to be with a guy that worked there and I couldn’t Touch anything. This is stupid.
We had an appointment today and they said we were late for the appointment, we received a call the day before the appointment and he said we could get there between 1:00 and 1:30 and the rude lady at the door said we were late and they couldn’t help us, she said we can make our purchase online and I told her I didn’t wanted to do that I want too see the TV I want to get in person not online, she was so rude and disrespectful She had us waiting in line just to tell us they couldn’t get us in.
