Went to buy a computer and was unsure which to get. The rep was very rude when I would ask questions and smarted off several times to me and my family. Rep ended up ordering the wrong product and it took 4 more days to get what we actually ordered. Save your time and go elsewhere.
You could improve yourself by CLOSING! you SUCK!
Went to look at refrigerators. I had to make appointment then wear a face mask. Then when I went in the store I had to be with a guy that worked there and I couldn’t Touch anything. This is stupid.
We had an appointment today and they said we were late for the appointment, we received a call the day before the appointment and he said we could get there between 1:00 and 1:30 and the rude lady at the door said we were late and they couldn’t help us, she said we can make our purchase online and I told her I didn’t wanted to do that I want too see the TV I want to get in person not online, she was so rude and disrespectful She had us waiting in line just to tell us they couldn’t get us in. RecommendedExtremely smart associates. Very knowledgeable about the merchandise whether it be phones or televisions. We don't go anywhere else to buy electronics.
