This place should be called Worst Buy. It has been a nightmare to order my washer/dryer from this place. It's been nearly a month, and I still haven't gotten my washer and dryer installed. I keep getting routed to phone centers all over the world, and in the meantime, I'm washing my delicates in my bathtub!! My washer/dryer has been in my foyer for three weeks, and there is no time given to me for when the products will actually be installed. Used Curb Side pick up. Most frustrating experience. Link in email didn’t work, tried calling the store and was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. Tried getting the attention of a store employee but that was a waste of time. Had to resort to going into the store (curb side pick up was used to avoid that), asked for a manager. No manager appeared but others acted like they were doing me a favor. Finally got my items but will never again use curb side pick up.
RecommendedThis is the best store in Fairfield county. Lucky to have Best Buy. Great for all appliances small or large. Geek squad is the best.
Close at 6. How are people with jobs supposed to buy things? Guess Ill shop on Amazon, probably be cheaper and will actually have what I need.
SCALE NOT LOW ENOUGH. WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE. I went into the store yesterday because I wanted to get a computer monitor to be able to work from home due to Covid19 situation. Was told they were sold out of monitors completely but they could place an order and deliver the monitor I wanted the next day. Sounded good to me.
