Recommendedabsolutely amazing store, only thing they are lacking is portable solar generators, ie inergy flex, titan, bluetti and others.
Really nice people and expert professionals who installed my car stereo. Did an excellent job plus took the time to show me how the features worked. What I did not need he refunded back to my debit card. Cared about my time, resources and my experience. Outstanding customer service, highly recommend Best Buy for great deals, expertise, and excellent customer service.
Stop to purchase ink for a printer. Was surprised they carried air filters, so I was able to compile that purchase too. While helpful,the sales rep could have been more knowledgeable about the si products . I asked about a small room humidifier; however they do not carry them or I could have completed that, too.

Looking at the reviews i see a lot of people complaining... But for me i went for black friday and was there over night... The staff drove around checking up on us and n the morning came by and chatted with a few of us... I like is best buy
My worst experience, the greeter at the door said he could not get someone to help me locate the many items I needed. I was using a walker and was having difficulty walking, he said "just tell me on thing you are looking for", and told me what isle. I asked what do I do when I need to find the next item. He said come back to me and I'll tell you where to go. The first item was at the back of the store and furthest away from the entrance. Horrible customer service from the store manager Nicolas and his crew. He watched and did nothing as his reps exercised passive aggressive BS and couldn't even figure out how to order a movie from store to store! This confusion lasted for about 15 minutes, if you're a manager and it takes that long to try to figure out the systems of your department, you shouldn't be there or you're actively not doing your job and judging by what your crew does and the reviews you've earned every criticism.
