I was coming home from Highland Rec Area with my Newfoundland, I had a router fail early in the morning. I couldn't leave him in my vehicle because it was too hot outside. Well i called and they let me bring MorJoeJon in the store. At approx 12:30 on 10/22/17 Jeff -- the network guy was awesome! I explained the house network, and he went right to what I needed with myself and Newf in single file order ! LOL! Apparently the return policy is only 15 days on an iphone case. Doesn’t say that on the receipt! Don’t shop at Best Buy!

I cant say thank you enough to John, Brian and Gabrielle. My phone was stolen while on a trip to Kentucky. These three are examples of the best customer service I've ever seen. They cut through red tape, showed so much kindness and turned a terrible situation completely around. A letter is on its way to corporate but I wanted to say thanks here as well!
How is it possible to fail on five yes FIVE delivery appointments? I can not believe this BS!!! They should change the name to "Worst Buy" Youz guys suck!!!
